  • Client Is To Wear A Mask for their treatments, unless treatment or health requires to remove it to keep staff and yourself safe from the virus
  • Keep Some Windows Open for Ventilation
  • Therapist Will Work to maintain Hygienic Levels using antibacterial wipes, sanitiser and wash hands before and after treatments, before, during and after treatments
  • You will need to sign a covid disclaimer before your treatment
  • Covid Forms Need to be pre filled prior to treatment
  • Do not Book treatments if you or a family member or house mates are self isolating, until after it is safe or reschedule if you have symptoms



HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR TREATMENT


  • Have Clean Extra 4 Extra Large & 2/3 Small / Medium Sized Towels Ready for massages
  • Shower Before Treatments Especially Massages
  • Choose A Quiet Room Where you will not be disturbed and you can relax and enjoy your treatments
  • Turn off distractions
  • Turn on some candles if you are having a massage
  • No Pets in the room! or house preferably, as most of our therapists are afraid of them.
  • Get ready to enjoy your spa at home treatments


Payment and cancellation policy

Full Non Refundable Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your booking with us, via bank transfer or card.


A minimum notice of 48 hours is required for all appointments or a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost will be charged on your card. No shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment. All deposits are non refundable to secure your booking with us. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Times are an approximate guide. Strictly by appointment only. Please be at your residence or venue before  your appointments - late arrivals will have treatment time deducted from their session.
